The Christmas countdown continues - I can now say "It's Christmas next week"!
 
I would like to take the opportunity to thank you all for the interest and support you have shown me in 2014 - I do love being an Independent Stampin' Up! Demonstrator and I love sharing that with you.

I had my last In-Home classes for 2014 last week and we had fun making these "Tags in a Bag". Keep an eye on my website (www.creativejax.co.nz) for a picture tutorial soon.

We've had a fun morning at a school Holiday Programme this week, and my regular appearance at Pataka Market on Sunday will be the last creativeJax outing for 2014.
I'll be having a couple of weeks break over the Festive Season and then look forward to an array of events kicking off with a New Catalogue Open Home on Wednesday 7th January. You can read about my schedule for early 2015 later in the newsletter.

Remember - the Holiday Catalogue has only 3 weeks to run - yikes!  If you don't have a copy you can view it as a pdf  HERE (9.5MB) or at my Online Shop HERE. You have until 5 January to order from this and the Merry and Bright Extra Special Christmas Supplement (pdf 1.1MB). BNZ Christmas Market
We really enjoyed the Christmas Market hosted by the BNZ Wellington Women’s Community as a fundraiser for Victim Support.
 
It was great to have two of my thINK Creative Team members there to help - thanks Beth and Sandra.

Thanks to the BNZ for running this event for such a worthy cause.

The 2015 Occasions Catalogue goes live on

While it is definitely sad to see the Holiday Catalogue end - it is VERY exciting that we get a new catalogue

- Occasions Catalogue -

which supplements  Annual Catalogue.

Join me on at my Open Home   Wednesday 7th January   

Drop in any time between 

1.30pm and 4.30pm

or between 

6.30 and 9.30pm.


Open Home Attendees will receive an Occasions Catalogue (if you haven't already received one), and get see many of the new products and lots of samples in real life.

I have lots of crafting to do in the next three weeks!

The catalogue includes fun new stamps, kits, tools, embellishments and more.  

Note: Your wish list is likely to increase after seeing the new catty so arranging a creativeJax Gift Voucher for Christmas may well be a very good idea!

Any orders placed with Jackie on the 6th or 7th of January

will have free postage. 

Note: "Free postage" refers to the 5% Stampin' Up! Postage and Handling fee applicable to a workshop order. The new catalogue will be available at the Open Home as well as at my January Classes. If you are local and just can't wait till then, or won't be able to make it to these events, you are welcome to call in and collect a copy from me - just text (027 348 3901) to make sure someone is home. thINK Creative Team 

As you know - I really do love being a Stampin' Up! Demonstrator - and I am happy to share the opportunities that being a demonstrator brings with others who may be interested. 

I have been excited - and humbled - that several of you have chosen to join the Stampin' Up! family with me as your Upline - thank you so very much! I now have six wonderful ladies in my team - how cool is that?! 

With my growing team of downline and the support from customers who purchase products from me, I was delighted to promote to Senior Supervisor level a few months ago - yay!  
One of the advantages of achieving this level means that I could name and register my team with Stampin' Up! which I have done. We are:

All of my team members are also part of, and supported by my uplines and their teams - in particular Kristine McNickle of Creative Stamping and Jacque Williams of Creative Inkers. My team members receive newsletters from these wonderful demonstrators as well as having direct contact from me.

In 2015 I will be introducing regular thINK Creative Team Meetings to support my team - completely voluntary of course. We will get together every month or two - to craft, participate in Team swaps as well as have the opportunity to review what's going on in our demonstrator-ships - whether team members are "hobby" or "business" or anywhere in between!

The first of these thINK Creative Team Meetings will be on Saturday 24 January.
If you have ever thought about joining Stampin' Up! as a Demonstratoryou would be welcome to come along to a Team Meeting to find out a little more in a friendly environment.

Selling Projects 
I've had a couple of questions about whether there are any restrictions about selling items you make using Stampin' Up! products - there is a policy called the Angel Policy. This is what Stampin' Up! says: 

Stampin' Up! welcomes artists who would like to use their stamp images in their own hand-stamped craftwork that they produce and sell.  Therefore, they give permission in the form of a limited licence to use any Stampin' Up! stamp images for the purpose of creating craftworks for sale.  Click on the Angel Policy below to view the criteria.

To be in compliance with copyright laws, any sold projects using Stampin' Up! images must have the copyright stamp on the back. 


The official Stampin' Up! Limited Licence stamp set from the 2014-2015 Annual Catalogue is Creatively Yours. You can find this on page 111. It is available in wood (128526 - $39.95) and   clear (122612 - $31.95)

So yes -  you can sell any number of handmade projects that you have made using Stampin" Up! images - you just have to make sure they include a copyright stamp.

 

Remember, if you would like to host a workshop at your place (or mine) I'd love to hear from you. You will have a fun time with friends, get a handmade project as a gift from me, everyone gets to make something and you may earn free Stampin' Up! products as the hostess. SALE-A-BRATION is an especially good time to host a Stampin' Up! workshop!
