Hi 

Wow - it's April! 
I can't believe that we are more than a quarter of the way through 2016!

What a busy - but hugely fun first quarter it's been - a new Occasions Catalogue, Sale-A-Bration (SAB), catty launches, a Creative Inkers' Team Stamp Camp (demos only), Pataka Markets, regular craft and memory keeping classes in Whitby and Taradale (Napier), a few new classes as well - technique and fancy folds - and monthly thINK Creative Team Meetings!

I have been enjoying doing a variety of events and hope that there is something in my schedule that appeals to you.
I loved sharing the amazing Sale-A-Bration rewards with many of you - both by earning FREE products with orders or by getting extra FREE product in the Starter Kit. I hope you are enjoying the extra goodies. Thank you so much for your support - I do appreciate it.

There are a few changes to the regular schedule in May and early June due to the release of the Retiring List and the new 2016-2017 annual catalogue  ... and also because hubby and I will be away on the Stampin' Up! Incentive Trip! The countdown is on - but there are lots of other things happening before we leave in about 5 weeks!

You can check out my schedule for the next couple of months below.  You can see I've added a weekend Kit Class for the Tin of Cards Project Kit over ANZAC weekend. The Up-coming Events link above will take you to my webpage - which lists all my classes and events, as well as a general information and my regular monthly schedule.

Changes to Stampin' Up! Weekly Deals

So, As you know Stampin Up! has been discounting a small number of items each Wednesday in the "Weekly Deals" for some time. Stampin' Up! began the Weekly Deals to help reduce overstocked inventory.  Less excess stock means the variety of products available for Weekly Deals has decreased, making the deals less exciting.
So, after 19th April, Stampin' Up! will be replacing Weekly Deals with a less frequent but better promotion called Special Offers.  Keep watching for more information.
In the mean time - Weekly Deals are going out in style - there are 15 items available this week!
If you want any of this week's deals - order Online (Weekly Deals) before midnight on Tuesday 10th. Or I'll be ordering by 10pm tomorrow evening (Monday 11th April), so get in touch with me asap!

Retired List

We are well into April - so you know what that means?
A new annual catalogue is just around the corner. And that means many products will retire and no longer be available to purchase.
Stampin' Up! has advised demonstrators that the list of products that are retiring will be released on April 19th.
Once the list is released, products that are retiring will only be available "while supplies last".
I'll post the list on my web site www.creativejax.co.nz as soon as it is released.

In the meantime, we do already know that the 2014 - 2016 In Color products are due to retire and if history is anything to go by, some of these In Color products will sell out within hours (usually Ink Refills go first!) and many others with days (e.g. ink pads and cardstock).

NB: You'll be able to order Online from the new 2016-2017 Annual Catalogue from 5.00am on the 1st of June 2016!

I will be attending the bi-annual Stampin' Up! events in Auckland
Friday 15th April - Centre Stage (Leadership Dinner & Training)
Saturday 16th April - On Stage (Demo only Stampin' Up! event)
4th Friday Photos - Memory Keeping  – Friday 22nd April 
FREE with a qualifying order - or $10
Come along and get up to 5 hours of uninterrupted time to work on your memory keeping - traditional or pocket style
9.30am - 2.30pm or 6pm - 11pm

 $60 (includes kit valued at $57!)

Make a sample and a card using a brayer.

Attendees must have a wide rubber brayer. If you don't have a suitable brayer, the last day for ordering one is Thursday 14th April.

Everyone loves getting mail in their letterboxes!
You can join the movement to bring birthdays back to letterboxes by sending handcrafted birthday cards to all your friends and family, and stamp the card and/or envelope with this trending hashtag (#imbringingbirthdaysback) to let them know they’re part of something worldwide!
Don't forget to post pictures of cards you send and receive with the hashtag. Search for the hashtag on social media to see what is happening throughout the world!
I'm hoping to get Shannon to autograph my stamp when I see her at On Stage next weekend :-)

Viewing Project Life Card Collections

Did you know that in the Online Store you can see all the individual cards in each of the Project Life Card Collections?
Once you're in the Online Store - just select the card collection that you want to explore. In the photo above I've selected the Memories in the Making Card Collection.
If you click on the "+" sign - I've circled it - the image gets bigger.
Arrows appear on the edges of the larger images (circled in the image below) which you can click on to scroll through all the available images.
Keep scrolling through and you will get to see all the cards in the collection!
