What does this mean for you?
The issue of the colour "moving" over time is different than the initial problem with Purple Posy - which was about bubbly ink.
The issue is that the colour match to the correct colour of Purple Posy may change. It does not affect ALL Purple Posy inkpads and the affect is that the colour of stamped images can be a slightly different. In the quality control of products, here is always a narrow range of acceptable variation in colour - but Stampin' Up! has found that the variation of the Purple Posy ink can fall outside this range after a few weeks in the inkpad.
This change may or may not happen with your particualr inkpad, and if it does, this change may or may not be an issue for you. There is nothing physically wrong with the inkpads - but the colour may not be what you expect.
So if you haven't already used your Purple Posy Inkpad, then you should do so as soon as you can. Stamp a few images and check the colour. If you are concerned that the colour is not what you expect - or not coordinating with the other Purple Posy Products you received, you need to contact Stampin' Up! on their toll free number.

Stampin' Up! has asked that all concerns are reported directly to them and they are issuing the compensation coupon codes - which must be used by 1 January 2020.
I am aware that my delay in contacting you about this does not leave you with a reasonable timeframe to use your coupon.
So I will honour the value of the coupons until the end of February 2020 if you do have an issue with your inkpad and report it to Stampin' Up!
Please forward me the details before 1st January if you get a compensation coupon code and do not get the chance or do not wish to use it before 1January.
